RAYMOND, Neb. (AP) - A former organic inspector in Nebraska is seeking to dismiss a libel lawsuit filed by a farmer. The Lincoln Journal Star (http://bit.ly/TYCpxC ) reports an attorney for Evrett Lunquist plans to file an appeal later this month for a summary judgment in the multimillion-dollar libel lawsuit filed by Paul Rosberg of Wausa. Rosberg says in a formal complaint there is a misrepresentation of facts from Lunquist's inspection work between 2003 and 2007. Lunquist says he reported Rosberg because he suspected fraud. An organic specialist says Lunquist was thrown into a whistle-blower situation after his identification was mistakenly disclosed by a USDA official. Rosberg is representing himself in the libel suit. --- Information from: Lincoln Journal Star, http://www.journalstar.com
