11/23 Notice is hereby given that a public meeting for comments will be held to review Winner Regional Healthcare's plan to file an application for Federal Assistance for Winner Regional Expansion and Renovation with the USDA rural development Community facilities loan program. The public meeting will be on November 24 6pm in the dining room at the Winner Regional Healthcare Center.
