| Winner Fire Department is called out |
The Winner Volunteer Fire Department has responded to a grass fire on Highway 53 at the end of the gravel. Today's warm temperatures and breezy conditions keep the fire danger high, and the National Weather Service says tommorrow there will be a High Wind Warning for parts of South Dakota and a Wind Advisory for other parts of the state.
