Election Day is tomorrow! The polling locations in Tripp County include: The Clearfield Hall for Clearfield consolidated, Lake consolidated at Skatetown in Colome, Ideal consolidated at the Ideal First Presbyterian Church, Hamill Consolidated at the Hamill Hall, Colome consolidated at Skatetown, Sully consolidated at the Tripp County 4-H Center, Witten consolidated at the Witten Community Hall, Lamro Consolidated at the Tripp County 4-H Center, and remember all Winner City precincts vote at the Tripp County 4-H Center. For Lyman County states attorney, Anita Fuoss will face Paul Jensen. For District 26A House, Troy Heinert is unopposed. For U.S. Congress, Republican Kristi Noem faces Democrat Matt Varilek. In the District 21 Senate race, John Meyer faces the incumbent Billie Sutton. For District 4 County Commissioner, Greg English faces Curt Littau. For District 21 State Representative (with 2 seats open), those vying for a seat are democrat Julie Bartling, democrat Gary Coleman, Republican Lee Qualm and republican David Scott. In District 26, state representative, republican Kent Kuhnke vs democrat Larry Lucas. For Lyman County Commissioner (2 positions open), incumbents: Eugene Mertens and LeRoy Choal, challengers: David Reis and Adam Ehlers. District 26B House, Maynard Konechne vs James Schaeffer. There is also the bond referendum for the Chamberlain Events and Fine Arts Center on the ballot for Tuesday.
