| Winner Chamber's Parade of Lights winners |
It was a beautiful night for a parade last Friday night in Winner for the annual Parade of Lights. The Winner City Electrical Department took home first place. 2nd place went to the Winner City Shop. K's Signs and Graphics took 3rd. The "Hardship" award went to McDonalds. The "People's Choice" award went to the Winner City Electrical Department, and the ballot winner was Pam Ellsworth.
