| Basketball Fundamentals |
|
The second session of basketball fundamentals continues this Thursday, October 29 with K-2nd grade going from 6-7PM and 3-5th grade going from 7-8:15PM. The Fundamentals portion of the program will only be open to kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade this year as 6th graders are being allowed to participate in Junior High Sports this year and will be practicing on a regular basis. This session will be held in the Winner Middle School.
Carol Galbraith is once again leading the program this year. For the Fundamentals Program to function properly though, numerous volunteers are needed. If you are interested, all you need to do is simply come out on the floor when the program starts.
Signup for the Intramurals Program will also be done in the Winner Middle School Gym on October 29th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Intramurals portion of the program will be open to all students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. The first night of the Intramurals program will be Monday, November 9th. More information on that portion of the program will be published soon in the Winner Advocate.
