Nebraska will battle the Georgia Bulldogs on New Year's Day in the Capital One Bowl. This is the second straight season that Nebraska has appeared in the Capital One Bowl as they fell to South Carolina last season 30-13. Georgia fell just a few yards shy of defeating Alabama and playing Notre Dame for the BCS Championship. Both teams have only met one time in school history and that came back in 1969 when Nebraska handeled the 'Dogs 45-6 in the Sun Bowl.
